Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience in relevant certifications.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years focused on BOS, BMS, or Smart Building roles.
Strong technical proficiency with BMS, HVAC, LMS, IoT device integration, cloud platforms (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI), and protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.
On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex smart building technology stacks including IoT and cloud integrations within live operational facilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving OEM/vendor coordination and cybersecurity for OT/IoT networks.
Strong data-driven decision maker skilled in data ontology mapping, analytics (Power BI, SQL), and building ICT network management.
