About This Role
- Validate customer-focused networking solutions via system-level testing, automation, and solution certification for Service Provider and Cloud networking environments.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and automated test cases; own customer-specific deployment testing activities and drive solution readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, and field teams; analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, Solution Validation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Service Provider, Cloud, Core, or Edge networking environments and large-scale network deployments.
- Onsite work requirement at HPE office; experience with test automation using Python/Robot Framework; familiarity with network testing tools like Ixia and Spirent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in Service Provider and Cloud networking solutions with strong skills in system-level testing, automation, and complex problem resolution.
- Experience operating independently on complex customer deployments with ability to analyze network architectures and deliver customer-specific validation artifacts.
- Skillful in collaborating across teams including customers, field engineers, and product teams; adept at leveraging emerging AI-based testing tools to enhance testing effectiveness.
