About This Role
- Own financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tracking to provide actionable insights.
- Lead monthly MIS reporting, cost optimization efforts, and support month-end closure with accurate financial reporting and audit coordination.
- Drive process improvements, automation of financial reporting, and ensure compliance with tax, control, and governance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification work experience required.
- Experience in NBFC, HFC, lending, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills preferred; experience with ERP/accounting systems like SAP, Tally, or Zoho is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional deeply familiar with FP&A, MIS, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting within financial services or lending sectors.
- Capable of independently managing multiple priorities and delivering data-driven business insights to senior management.
- Proficient in leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
