About This Role
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and conduct variance analysis with actionable business insights.
- Prepare MIS, management reports, and track key business performance metrics for decision-making.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, support month-end financial closure, statutory audits, and enhance automation in reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, HFC, lending, banking, or financial services.
- Experience with FP&A, budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills preferred; exposure to ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) is an advantage.

- Experienced finance professional with strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting skills in financial services industry.
- Proven ability to deliver actionable business insights and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with financial compliance, taxation, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
