About This Role
- Lead collaboration with implementation teams and client stakeholders to define goals, technology roadmaps, and shape client strategy with senior-level insights.
- Design, configure, customize, and deploy enterprise Learning and Talent systems, ensuring seamless go-live and continuous optimization at scale.
- Own technical solution design, integrations, data migrations, testing, risk mitigation, and lead change management and mentoring of junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience implementing or supporting enterprise Learning, Talent, Performance, Succession, or Compensation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency with APIs, SSO, enterprise data flows, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, UKG, or similar enterprise HCM/LMS platforms in implementation or consulting roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, multi-workstream system implementations with strong technical and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting or professional services background with ability to lead independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator capable of working with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders and willing to travel for client engagements.
