About This Role
- Drive and deliver on CEO's highest-priority strategic questions and transformation agendas with measurable outcomes.
- Lead and execute cross-functional enterprise transformation programs, removing roadblocks and ensuring results, not just tracking progress.
- Identify, prototype, and implement AI-driven productivity and decision-making enhancements to operationalize AI at scale across the company.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience required.
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, strategy roles, or similarly rigorous problem-solving environments with operating/business outcomes experience.
- Must be able to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru; Full-time role.
