About This Role
- Own development, monitoring, and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for medium to large-scale projects.
- Analyze financial data including actuals, commitments, accruals, and variances, identifying risks and corrective actions to keep projects within budget.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives in project financial reporting and management to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Project Financial Management, Financial Analysis, PMO Operations, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) and Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Planview, MS Project).
- Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in relevant financial/project management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects within matrixed global organizations.
- Strong technical skills in AI and automation tools including Generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data visualization using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
