Experienced in leading complex HCM/LMS implementation projects, including requirement analysis, workshops, and project delivery strategy.
Skilled in client-facing leadership roles, confident in engaging and guiding customers to optimal solutions using product and industry best practices.
Capable of managing risks, resolving project issues proactively, and mentoring team members to meet project schedules and quality standards.
