About This Role
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend functional solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Lead business process workshops, testing, validation, and delivery of administrator training within medium to large-scale implementation projects.
- Provide functional and business leadership to clients and internal teams, oversee Learning (and Talent if required) implementation projects, and contribute as a subject-matter expert for approximately 10% of the role.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years consulting experience in HCM space with 7+ years on medium/large-scale projects or equivalent LMS/HCM product ownership experience on customer side.
- Degree with a Business major preferred; technical minor preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills including clear articulation, professional presentation, and strong writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of Cornerstone technology platform.

- Experienced in leading complex HCM/LMS implementation projects, including requirement analysis, workshops, and project delivery strategy.
- Skilled in client-facing leadership roles, confident in engaging and guiding customers to optimal solutions using product and industry best practices.
- Capable of managing risks, resolving project issues proactively, and mentoring team members to meet project schedules and quality standards.
