About This Role
- Manage a portfolio of medium complexity sourcing initiatives focusing on quality, cost, delivery, risk, sustainability, and diversity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Support supplier performance management, risk management, contract negotiation, and use procurement technology platforms to optimize sourcing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 or more years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or category management experience preferred.
- Competency in contract agreements, procurement technology platforms (e-sourcing, spend analysis, contract management).
- Work Experience Required: 3 or more years (preferred)

- Experienced in managing sourcing initiatives with medium spend thresholds and complexity.
- Skilled in collaboration with stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies and contract metrics (KPIs, SLAs).
