Business Analyst (Finance)

Support design and delivery of key finance accounting systems and products aligned with business, regulatory, and finance initiatives.

Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers to develop finance applications.

Document delivery processes and liaise with cross-departmental teams to ensure scalability and risk management.

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified mandatory.

Extensive project change/business analysis experience required.

Strong data analysis skills including the ability to write queries for analysis and reporting.

Detailed understanding of banking IT systems including trade/transaction processing workflows from booking to GL entries.

Experienced in both tactical and strategic finance technology solutions delivery.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision across departments and time zones.

Skilled at building relationships with product teams and performing gap analysis and risk escalation.
