About This Role
- Work approximately 80% of the time onsite with clients to solve complex problems in product development and procurement.
- Lead initiatives in margin transformation, product EBITDA improvement, sourcing strategies, and new product development optimization.
- Engage directly with client leaders and senior management to implement changes that improve product design, cost structures, and procurement effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in product development, product cost optimization, strategic sourcing, supplier development, or related areas in automotive, semiconductors or consumer electronics preferred.
- Must be open to extensive travel to client sites in India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Kolkata, Mumbai).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and English communication abilities required.

- Experienced working closely with client senior management and cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrates ability to independently structure complex problems and deliver solutions under pressure with tight deadlines.
