About This Role
- Produce Functional Solution and System Integration Test Cases within project SDLC timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead small projects including workshops and Q&A sessions with client BAs to clarify and prioritize business requirements.
- Perform system integration testing including writing test strategies, scenarios, preparing test data, and supporting defect resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Total experience between 6 to 8 years with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst and 2-3 years technical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA.
- Strong skills in UML modeling tools (Magic Draw, MS Visio) and requirement testing.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years including 5 years BA experience and 2-3 years technical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in object-oriented analysis and design with familiarity in software design patterns and ALM tools (Opentext ALM).
- Capable of acting as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams, working across cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
- Strong client-facing, communication skills with a solution-oriented approach and ability to manage cross-team collaboration.
