About This Role
- Interview, screen, and extend offers to field and office employee candidates.
- Conduct presentations and maintain relationships with schools and recruiting events to source talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future hiring needs; complete candidate processing and new hire paperwork.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business with 1 year HR experience OR Associate’s degree with 2 years administrative HR experience.
- Travel requirement of 20-50%.
- Work hours typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; may vary to meet business needs.
- Employment contingent on successful background and drug test.

- Experienced in talent acquisition with ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing and interviewing.
- Skilled at building relationships with educational institutions and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
- Comfortable with travel and adaptable work hours to meet dynamic recruitment needs.
