About This Role
- Lead the Reconciliation team supporting Middle and Back Office services globally, managing day-to-day deliverables and client communications.
- Oversee reconciliation processes including Cash, Position, and Non-Core reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions within SLAs.
- Drive process excellence, risk management, client service delivery, and continuous operational improvements through analysis and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in asset management including investment operations, reconciliations, and fund accounting.
- Degree in finance, business, technology or equivalent.
- Proficient with reconciliation tools like TLP/IntelliMatch and manual reconciliation processes.
- Mandatory onsite requirement: Working from office 4 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Middle or Back Office operations with broad knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, ETFs, and multi-asset classes including derivatives, bank loans, fixed income, OTC products.
- Demonstrated capability in managing client communications at all levels and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude including familiarity with technology supporting investment operations and advantage if skilled in low-code tools, SQL, Python, plus strong MS Office skills.
