About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end processing of freelancer audit invoice payments and client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission on client portals to avoid revenue leakage.
- Monitor and follow up on SPA outstanding receivables and bad debts to support timely collections and improve cash flow.
- Prepare and share monthly client-wise and job-wise P&L reports; coordinate with Operations, Finance teams, and clients to facilitate smooth operational execution and vendor onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Experience or capability to handle invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and P&L tracking.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational finance activities including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and expense tracking within a service-oriented environment.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders such as clients, internal finance, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing monthly profit and loss statements and vendor onboarding processes.
