About This Role
- Lead operational governance and execution across the Data organization ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service metrics, and business outcomes, managing service delivery and performance dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational efficiency, process optimization, automation, and establish readiness and transition processes for new data capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in data or technology operations with at least 8 years in operations management, PMO, service management, or enterprise delivery.
- 5+ years leading operational, governance, or business support teams.
- Experience in establishing operational frameworks, performance management processes, service management practices, and governance models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex data or technology operations in large enterprise environments with operational excellence focus.
- Proven ability to develop and use dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and conduct governance forums for performance management.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Delivery, Product, Analytics, Platform, and business teams to improve operational performance and decision making.
