About This Role
- Own the complete order-to-invoice cycle including order validation, entry, amendments, shipment coordination, invoicing, and document closure.
- Coordinate quotations, proforma invoices, and local vendor supplies to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functionally manage order processing in Oracle and ServiceMax, proactively resolve backlog and delivery risks with timely customer communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management or order execution with hands-on order-to-invoice cycle responsibility.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle), service management platforms such as ServiceMax, Excel and operational reporting.
- Role requires on-site work at Bengaluru location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating within order management or customer service environments supporting regulated industries like life sciences, diagnostics or medical devices.
- Demonstrates operational discipline with accurate data entry and error prevention in ERP systems and service platforms.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination with logistics, supply chain, sales, and finance to improve delivery and reduce backlog in a structured continuous improvement environment.
