Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Professional certifications in Quality, Lean, Six Sigma are advantages.
Experienced in quality assurance and process improvement within Insurance F&A operations with strong domain expertise in AP and AR.
Skilled in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholder engagement for governance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, automation initiatives, and data-driven quality management approaches.
