Work Location: ICD Modinagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh; 6-day work week with only second Saturday off.
Experienced in managing multi-functional terminal operations including yard, rail, and warehouse activities with a focus on process adherence and operational efficiency.
Skilled in MIS reporting, productivity monitoring, and maintaining strict compliance with SOPs, safety, and security guidelines.
Demonstrates ability to manage relationships with customers, vendors, government authorities, and internal teams to maintain SLAs and achieve zero customer complaints.
