About This Role
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing and operations transformation engagements to drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance across industries.
- Design and implement operational excellence initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance plant productivity.
- Drive deployment and adoption of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 digital solutions like MES/MOM systems, IIoT platforms, and advanced analytics, ensuring data accuracy and measurable operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or related domain.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing processes and operational excellence concepts such as OEE, quality defects, and manufacturing losses.
- Work Experience Required: 9+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading consulting projects involving manufacturing and operations transformation with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in operational data analysis and familiarity with BI tools.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting environments involving frequent client interactions and change management.
