About This Role
- Drive business operations and operational excellence through SOP development, process standardization, and governance structures.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as an extension of the Director's Office by translating strategic priorities into action plans, driving accountability, and providing executive MIS and business performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Projects, Management Consulting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in SOP development, business transformation, operational excellence, governance, and cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management software, and Business Intelligence tools.
