About This Role
- Lead design, development, maintenance, and modernization of web-based and cloud applications with hands-on technical guidance.
- Own delivery commitments including product enhancements, maintenance releases, modernization, and cloud architecture initiatives.
- Manage software engineering team performance, technical debt, component lifecycle, cloud platform upgrades, and ensure product sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software development experience.
- 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
- Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Azure cloud technologies.
- On-site role in Bengaluru location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-native, scalable, secure .NET-based application design and delivery with strong leadership in technical reviews and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-term product health including technical debt and cloud platform upgrades.
- Preferably experienced in regulated industries (Healthcare/Medical Devices) and/or IoT/connected-device ecosystems.
