About This Role
- Own end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for Beckman Coulter India legal entity.
- Lead timely local statutory and tax audits, financial closings, and filings in compliance with US and local GAAP.
- Manage and develop finance team, internal controls, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination onsite in Bangalore.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 10+ years total work experience with 3-4 years minimum people management experience.
- Proficiency in financial close, consolidations, compliance, tax, audit, and operational accounting.
- On-site location in Bangalore required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance leader comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy multinational environment.
- Strong operational finance and internal controls expertise with a track record of process re-engineering and team development.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP BW/Business Objects, and cross-functional collaboration in corporate setting.
