Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and resolution across network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, wireless LAN, and security devices within SLA and ITIL processes.
Manage configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and change management of network devices such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
Collaborate with engineering and third-party vendors to develop knowledge bases, support customers remotely or onsite, and meet customer SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in network technologies.
ITIL foundation knowledge and certification required.
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, WLCs, Meraki, HP and Aruba switches/routers/WLCs, Cisco ISE, DNAC, ACI, Silver peak, VeloCloud.
Associate-level certification in networking (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Aruba ACSA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience implementing and troubleshooting diverse network infrastructure in enterprise environments with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to automate repetitive network tasks and share best practices across teams.
Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and virtualization concepts to support hybrid network environments.
