Mid-level generalist title and experience range but niche distributed-systems requirements reduce density.
Strong backend and distributed-systems bias makes industry transfer possible but requires specific systems expertise.
Explicit 3–8 year requirement plus many mandatory technologies and distributed-systems expertise raises rigidity.
Own development of the core Load Distribution engine using Finite State Machines, managing dynamic homing and Weighted Average Score algorithms.
Architect and implement high-throughput API and messaging layers using gRPC, RabbitMQ, and integrate distributed leader election and consensus mechanisms with Consul Raft and LockAuthority.
Ensure system scalability to process over 3,000 assignments per second using stateless caching and data recovery technologies like Apache Ignite/GridGain.
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Golang (preferred) plus proficiency in C, C++, or Java.
Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, concurrency, and FSM.
Experience with networking and messaging protocols such as gRPC, Protobuf v3, and RabbitMQ.
Experience with distributed databases (Apache Ignite/GridGain), consensus tools (Consul Raft, LockAuthority), and persistence/caching solutions (PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch).
Experienced in designing and developing high-throughput, scalable distributed systems with proven ability in concurrency and consensus algorithms.
Familiar with architecting messaging layers and API integration in event-driven environments at scale.
Comfortable working with complex state machines, distributed caching, and leader election mechanisms in active-active deployment environments.
