Design, build, and operate NestJS microservices exposing REST and message-based APIs with end-to-end ownership from contract design through production support.
Develop and maintain backend layers including API routes and BFF for Next.js application, ensuring consistency across web, desktop, and services.
Contribute to frontend development using Next.js and React, including UI components, state management, and data fetching tied to service APIs.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years building and running microservices in production.
Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js experience, especially with NestJS framework.
Strong experience with Next.js (backend API routes and frontend React components) and REST API design.
On-site work location in Mohali, India (Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to own services end-to-end including design, deployment, and operational support in production microservice environments.
Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes with practical CI/CD pipeline ownership, preferably in Azure DevOps.
Experience with asynchronous NestJS microservice transports (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ) and frontend-backend integration in TypeScript-based modern stacks.
