About This Role
- Define and own enterprise-wide test strategy and quality engineering standards across all delivery programs.
- Design and govern test architecture including automation frameworks, tooling standards, CI/CD quality gates, and shift-left testing adoption.
- Lead quality engineering transformation initiatives including AI-augmented testing and mentor QE professionals while engaging senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of quality engineering experience with enterprise-wide test strategy delivery.
- Deep expertise in functional, automation, performance, security, API, and AI/GenAI testing.
- Strong skills in test architecture, automation frameworks, and CI/CD quality integration.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe environments with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic leadership roles influencing C-level and senior engineering/product leadership on quality engineering vision.
- Proven ability to establish and govern QE standards and drive quality transformations at scale across large Agile delivery organizations.
- Expertise in modern QE practices including AI/GenAI testing, automation, and continuous quality improvement with commercial awareness of quality risk impact.
