About This Role
- Lead projects in software development life cycle (SDLC) for application installs, upgrades, and configuration of vendor products in UNIX/JAVA/Oracle/AIX environments.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for Compliance applications, including root cause analysis and coordination with vendors/business to resolve SLA-driven issues.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks including monitoring BAU tickets, SME support to L1 teams, system vulnerability remediation, and requirement analysis for projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of software development experience with at least 7 years developing/supporting UNIX environment applications.
- Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and experience with HP QC, AIX, MQ, Tidal/Autosys, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in software development, including UNIX application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking, financial services, or payments applications with knowledge of compliance systems preferred.
- Familiarity with sanction screening systems (e.g., CGI HotScan) and wire scanning processes including OFAC and alert management is advantageous.
- Capable of independently managing multiple project tasks, coordinating with vendors, and resolving critical issues in a timely manner.
