About This Role
- Lead the verification and validation engineering function for cloud-based and web applications, focusing on software quality across the product lifecycle.
- Define and execute verification and test automation strategies including UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and cloud validation automation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing verification team while fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software verification and test automation experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks using C#, .NET, Playwright/Selenium, API automation, and BDD.
- Experience with cloud-native applications (preferably Azure), Git, CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, and regulatory quality compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing verification strategy and teams in cloud-hosted software environments.
- Strong technical background in automated test framework architecture and execution for enterprise-scale applications.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (Healthcare, Medical Devices) and performance/security testing for cloud applications is advantageous.
