About This Role
- Lead data validation and testing activities for Guidewire application data conversions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity between source and target systems.
- Manage conversion test cycles, track data quality defects, and provide quality sign-off recommendations for mock runs.
- Lead and mentor teams, manage client accounts with accountability for project success, and identify opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10 to 14 years of relevant work experience required.
- Proficiency in oral and written English required.
- Experience in data conversion testing and reconciliation mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex data testing projects, particularly for Guidewire applications or similar systems.
- Demonstrates strategic planning and team leadership skills with client account management experience.
- Comfortable operating within a matrix environment involving multiple business lines like Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.
