Lead Software Engineer - JAVA BACKEND

Lead design and development of backend services and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and UI technologies.

Ensure engineering excellence via code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.

Provide technical leadership including mentoring, coaching, setting standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot development experience.

Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL including SQL, performance tuning, data modeling, and transactional consistency.

Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Proven ability to lead technical design and development of scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs in Java Spring Boot ecosystem.

Experienced in integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly within engineering workflows to enhance quality and productivity.

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, technical ownership, and cross-functional stakeholder communication in agile product development environments.
