About This Role

Own end-to-end technical delivery of full stack workstreams using React.js (18+) and Node.js on Azure, including requirement walkthrough to production release.

Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and running onboarding.

Directly engage with US-based clients for technical discussions, sprint demos, and production issue resolution, handling approx. 60% coding and design, 40% leadership.

Minimum Requirements

8 to 12 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role on enterprise-grade products.

Expert hands-on experience in React.js 18+ with TypeScript and Node.js including REST API design and asynchronous patterns.

Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps pipelines).

Strong SQL and data modeling skills with Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle; solid software design and CI/CD discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing large enterprise platform workstreams end-to-end with both frontend and backend ownership in React.js and Node.js.

Comfortable leading technical teams and client technical engagements independently, especially with US stakeholders in English.

Proficient with cloud-native architectures on Azure, including serverless functions, authentication (Entra ID/Azure AD), and observability tools such as Datadog.
