About This Role
- Own the High Performance, Scalable, Robust, and Secure Common SaaS Framework based on AWS/OCP infrastructure enabling configuration, provisioning, upgrading, and monitoring of network functions in carrier-grade enterprise and telecom networks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex cloud application issues including root cause analysis, preventive measure implementation, and customer communication during issue resolution.
- Lead automation efforts through scripting, maintain comprehensive documentation, ensure security and compliance, collaborate across development, QA, operations, and client teams, and mentor junior team members.

- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and public cloud technologies (preferably AWS); experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
