About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and frontend applications for the IRIS CARBON platform using C#, .NET Core, React.js, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and optimize MongoDB-based data models, integration with enterprise systems, and REST APIs with ownership from requirement to production.
- Effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing, ensuring final solution quality and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, React.js, JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs, Microservices, and MongoDB.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot.

- Candidate with proven ownership of full software development lifecycle in scalable, secure applications.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-oriented engineering teams with emphasis on AI-first development approach.
