About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native software solutions primarily using Golang and/or Java within an agile infrastructure platform team.
- Lead adoption and enforcement of secure coding standards, automated testing, and AI-assisted software engineering practices across the team to improve code quality and operational stability.
- Drive evaluation and architectural alignment of external and internal technology solutions to support business objectives and improve engineering efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Golang and/or Java programming languages and experience with software development lifecycle tools and CI/CD.
- Demonstrated leadership in utilizing approved AI-assisted software development tools with strong understanding of responsible AI practices and secure engineering workflows.
