About This Role
- Own end-to-end support and enhancement of UNIX/AIX-based compliance applications including installation, upgrading, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Lead and manage software projects through the full SDLC ensuring functional goals and delivery timelines are met.
- Provide SME support to Level 1 teams, manage incident tickets via Jira, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system vulnerability remediation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3-8 years of software development experience including 3+ years supporting applications built and deployed in UNIX environment.
- Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and hands-on experience with HP QC, AIX, MQ, Tidal/Autosys, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in application development/support in a UNIX environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing vendor-based compliance applications in financial services or banking domain, preferably with payments or sanction screening systems knowledge.
- Capable of independently managing multiple tasks and delivering in a results-oriented, SLA-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
