About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for delivering value to internal and external clients.
- Lead and mentor a matrixed multidisciplinary product team, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Manage delivery plans, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies to ensure successful product execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a Product Owner or related product delivery role.
- MBA or BBM degree mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks; SAFe POPM certification is advantageous.
- Experience with financial services domain preferred, specifically client onboarding or CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and bridging business and technology teams.
- Skilled in Agile/SAFe frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence for effective product delivery.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results in financial services domain.
