About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large HR or ERP transformation initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring milestones, quality, and contract commitments are met.
- Manage global, cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate project governance including Project Board cycle and executive communications.
- Own risk management, scope control, and execution of complex activities including functional design, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years project management experience with at least 6 years managing enterprise HR or ERP transformation programmes at senior level.
- Direct implementation experience in HRIS (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) or ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years overall, 6+ years in relevant senior project management roles.

- Experienced managing large, global, multi-million-dollar HR or ERP transformation projects involving multi-country payroll and complex integrations.
- Proven track record in consulting or professional services with strategic planning, executive stakeholder management, and governance facilitation.
- Strong operating style with ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and excel in fast-paced, global delivery environments with cross-time zone collaboration.
