Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in software development, strong base in Golang, Java, or Python.
Experience with microservice architectures, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB), and server-side services like ElasticSearch, ESB (Camel, ActiveMQ).
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant backend development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to architect and scale backend systems for very large user bases (hundreds of millions).
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams and driving architecture and design decisions.
Proven expertise with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and solving complex backend technical challenges in production environments.
