About This Role
- Lead a globally distributed delivery and technical team, managing scope, deadlines, budget, and overall quality of Tax ERP-related projects.
- Translate engagement objectives into executable work, represent team progress and risks, and align staffing with delivery demands.
- Provide hands-on support for problem solving and solution design, coach team members, and develop reusable methods to improve practice efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation/integration, systems implementation, or transformation delivery.
- Experience leading global or distributed teams with proven delivery results.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency with Power BI, Alteryx, Power Platform, AI, or similar tools sufficient to guide specialists and evaluate impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and change while maintaining quality and team engagement.
- Experience managing project economics including staffing, dependencies, scope, and live engagement delivery.
- Track record of developing people through coaching and feedback in a complex, distributed environment.
