About This Role
- Own and prioritize product backlogs for key modules in a B2B SaaS construction technology platform, driving delivery through agile development cycles.
- Translate product strategy and customer needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, acting as primary decision-maker during sprints.
- Engage with field users and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, validate features, and support go-to-market efforts through continuous iteration based on usage metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in software environment.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Domain exposure in Construction Tech, PropTech, Real Estate Tech, or related industrial software is strongly preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years as specified in experience section.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has strong domain knowledge in construction workflows such as job costing, RFIs, field reporting, BIM integration, or compliance.
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams by crafting developer-friendly requirements and able to discuss technical trade-offs and system architecture.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
