About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle of multi-million-dollar Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and Generative AI projects in HCMI domain, ensuring quality, velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams focused on GenAI/AI-first solutions, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage delivery risk, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement and governance in complex, multi-project environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML delivery, or cloud transformation.
- 8–10 years mandatory experience in Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing, and Information Services (HCMI) domain.
- Hands-on experience operationalizing Large Language Model (LLM)-based enterprise solutions.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader with deep technical expertise combined with strong P&L ownership and executive client advisory experience in Data, Cloud, and AI domains.
- Experience delivering AI/ML solutions with a focus on embedding generative and agentic AI from project inception through operations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling delivery teams in fast-growing technology domains with strong governance and quality metrics focus.
