- Lead and coach IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs in After Sales domain.
- Drive business growth and innovation aligning with a defined roadmap while managing stakeholder satisfaction across Germany and India.
- Steer project execution through metrics and KPIs, fostering team development including career progression.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing a large portfolio of IT projects/programs, preferably in Agile environments.
- Development background in Java or .NET with experience in Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (B.E) or MBA in General Administration.
- German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

- Proven track record in business acquisition, solutioning, and innovation in IT projects.
