About This Role
- Own end-to-end new hire training, nesting, and performance management across 30-60-90 days including knowledge management during BAU operations.
- Design and assess process training plans and materials collaborating with client SMEs and conduct audits, TNAs, and certification programs for continuous skill development.
- Manage training progress tracking, reporting, and governance ensuring adherence to client standards and driving key KPIs such as trainee attrition, accreditation rate, and QA scores.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Mandatory training experience.
- Degree qualification required.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced training management professional with strong operational ownership of large-scale hiring and induction processes.
- Skilled in designing training content, conducting audits, and performance assessments with focus on measurable KPIs.
- Familiarity working with client SMEs and internal stakeholders in structured environments with regular reporting and governance adherence.
