About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale AI systems including RAG architectures and autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning.
- Drive technical strategy, innovation, and AI model integration into production systems via APIs, data pipelines, and microservices, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Mentor engineering teams, oversee AI governance, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and influence product strategy through deep technical leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years in software engineering with at least 4 years in senior or lead roles focused on AI/ML.
- Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience in MLOps/LLMOps, enterprise AI lifecycle management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
