About This Role
- Lead technical and solution strategy for Global System Integrator (GSI) partners focused on Employee Experience and Freshservice.
- Identify, shape, and advance new business opportunities with partners by translating employee service challenges into structured solution proposals.
- Develop scalable assets such as demo flows, reference architectures, and enablement content to support partner sales and delivery readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture, presales, consulting, or partner solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of Employee Experience (EX), IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and internal service delivery.
- Experience working with GSIs, systems integrators, consulting firms, or partner-led business models.
- Based in or able to work from Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to build and communicate EX, ESM, and AI-based solution narratives supporting new business and expansion.
- Experience working closely with GSI partners and cross-functional teams (sales, product, technical) in a commercially aligned role tied to partner-sourced ARR.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM/ESM platforms (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and supporting partner-driven transformation initiatives.
