Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aftersales vehicle service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships/workshops.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostic content development.
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot vehicles, and independently handle diagnostic testers (e.g., VIDA, Xentry, GDS, ADT, SDT-II, DiagBox, HDS, Launch, Autel, G-Scan, Zenith).
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, wiring diagrams, Bosch ESI [tronic] tool, CAN/CAN FD/DoIP/UDS/J1939 protocols, and experience with analyzer & simulation tools from Vector or Samtec (e.g., HSX, HS+).
Experienced in hands-on automotive diagnostics with deep understanding of multiple vehicle sub-systems and communication protocols.
Capable of independently handling diagnostic testers and performing OE system analysis for service and repair manuals.
Comfortable working closely with global software teams and conducting field visits to OEM workshops/dealerships for diagnostic coverage and testing validation.
