About This Role
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively collect outstanding payments from clients.
- Support resolution of billing disputes, apply payments accurately, and maintain collection records.
- Assist in preparing collections performance reports and forecasting cash flow insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Entry level experience as a Collections Analyst or similar financial analysis role preferred.
- Basic experience working with large corporate clients.
- On-site work location required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate with foundational knowledge of collections processes and financial analysis tools including Excel.
- Those able to handle multiple priorities with good attention to detail and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates comfortable working under supervision and learning credit risk evaluation and collections optimization techniques.
