Manager, Financial Management (Asia Pacific)

Manage financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensure organizational financial health and regulatory compliance in the Asia Pacific region.

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve operational excellence and support business stakeholders operationally on financial matters.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial risk management, financial controls, and collaborate with senior leadership to align finance strategies with business goals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance related field preferred.

Advanced financial leadership experience managing people, processes, and budgets in a related environment.

Advanced knowledge and experience with finance functions including taxation, foreign exchange, and regulatory compliance, especially within the IT industry context.

Experienced in strategic financial planning and managing financial operations in the IT industry or similar technology-focused environments.

Capable of leading and mentoring finance teams while driving financial transformation and adapting to changing business environments.
