About This Role
- Design and develop diverse learning solutions including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, videos, and performance support resources for partners and customers.
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement leaders, instructors, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into effective training materials that drive product knowledge and business results.
- Manage multiple learning projects ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining curriculum aligned with product updates and learner feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of instructional design experience including curriculum development and storyboarding.
- Experience developing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, and multimedia learning solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Agile.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partnering with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to create technical training programs in global organizations.
- Proficient with learning authoring and multimedia development tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills demonstrated by managing multiple learning projects and collaborating effectively across global teams.
